Hey, I’m Bruce, one of the people that started MoneyToMoveOn.com. Thanks for checking in. So, I’ve been told by people smarter than me that my website needs some information about us. So when people visit, they’ll know that we’re real people running an actual business… so here it goes!!!
I’ve gained a great deal of knowledge by trial and error. Sometimes more error than I’d like to admit… Those errors, like old scars, have taught me great lessons and have provided necessary insight and guidance for what I understand today.
When families come to me in need and I can actually help, I get really excited. Who wouldn’t want to be the person/team to “save the day” for a family in critical need of a solution?

Investing in real estate is one big passion that has grown for us over the years and we have learned how to leverage technology to help us do things easier, more quickly, and get better results.
Starting in elementary school I loved to solve problems. Especially after reading my favorite book series Encyclopedia Brown. A book about a boy “detective” that solved petty crimes & problems around the neighborhood. As I grew older, my talent for finding reasonable fixes to untenable situations became appreciated and lucrative. That’s how I fell into investing in real estate. I found a a reasonable solution for an unreasonable situation. The way it made me feel to be able to help that family in need never left my heart. I was bit by the real estate bug and it hasn’t left me since.
Making plenty of mistakes overtime has given me a clear understanding on the best way to create win/win situations for all parties involved. I am blessed to be able to help families and make a living all while legitimately making a difference in the lives of others.
