What I do is, I put sellers and buyers together after the foreclosure hits, or during the process all in an attempt at stopping foreclosure.

We don’t charge you a fee and we might be able to make you some money, control the damage to your credit or to any estate proceeds and, if an investor decides to buy it, payoff additional debt. I can’t get the property back for you, but I can help you get to where you’re going next.

The way I do this is to buy your deed from you. Once I own your deed, I can try to re-sell that deed to one of my investors. That investor will have to pay off the debt against it if they want to own it free and clear. Just by buying the deed, we’re taking a risk. I may not be able to re-sell the deed to an investor in time. And the debt doesn’t go away without being paid off. I might also have to negotiate with creditors just to have a shot at making this deal appealing to potential investors.

Stopping foreclosure is the goal. If that is not an option, let’s find another one.
